Have you heard of the term “lifestyle coach”? Is he an ordinary coach or does he have any added value for his clients? Jan is one of them. How did he get to this job?

“As one of my mentors said, you cannot be good at everything, which is of course true because coaches train women, men, children, seniors, people after injuries, women after childbirth or before childbirth. From my point of view, they are no specialists. That is why I started to focus on women. I like when a woman takes care of herself and looks good. Lifestyle coaching is all about lifestyle, not just exercise and eating, ”explains Jan. He started to practice himself, but later moved to coaching and lecturing. 

“I trained both men and women for four years, but then there was a turning point because I started to think positively. I believe that when the head works well, the body will also work well, ”says Jan. Even this young man had a moment when he began to think positively. It was at a time when he worked in a factory outside of Prague. He was under too much pressure, and he was getting more and more energetic. However, he wanted to find out why this was so, and for this reason he became more interested in human thinking. The fact that he is indeed an expert in this field is evidenced by his experience in real life or through various professional publications. 

“When it comes to my experience, I went through many seminars on personal development, where I learned a lot about mind set-up, and of course reading helped me. I have read many books that are available and verified, ”reveals the young instructor. He first tested all the information and knowledge he acquired on himself, and later began to advise friends and clients. Feedback from people also helped him improve. How would this young mentor describe his philosophy of life? 

“I believe in one thing, and that is that everything is happening for a reason. I believe there is an idea first, then an act, ”says Jan. He also noted that in the past he met many more negative people than he does today. Now he is able to attract people with the same energy he has to his life.
