Jakub decided to dedicate his life to sport. He works as a personal trainer, lecturer of specialized seminars and also focuses on movement diagnostics and rehabilitation exercises. He started out like most of his trainer colleagues. He was a professional athlete, but his career was impacted by his serious leg injury. Since he did not receive adequate care at the time, he admits, he was unable to return to professional sports. “After high school, when I decided what to do next, I thought that I could focus on people who had the same fate as me. So I entered a sports college where I started to flirt with training, ”he recalls his beginnings.
Jacob loves his work above all, which is shown on social networks. He admits, however, that at some point in his career he did not pay attention to it at all and capitalized on the fact that clients came to him mainly because of good references. “The only factor I address is that the information I share on social networks is relevant and well-founded. I hate modern influencers and trainers who use the cheapest devices, cannot even properly control them and even defend its benefits. I personally take great care of what the content of the sharing is, ”said the trainer.
He also thinks that people, more than just the soundness of posts, notice who the ad is based on. “People look at who's in the picture, how well-known the person on whom the ad is built. Ordinary people, the so-called lay people, do not know what the underlying content is, so they may be interested in the environment, color, the aid, or a short video. And that unfortunately works much better than when you write an article on a topic, for example, ” Jacob says.
