Health Coach

"I think when a person is pushed to the ground or to the corner, they must step up and go one hundred percent or more."

Peter has long devoted himself to karate, but as he says, it gradually disappeared from his life. Today he is an experienced trainer at the Elite Sport Center in Košice. He also acts as a lecturer at various workshops. What specifically can he offer to seminar attendees? “Mainly, I give people my own experience. I set aside things that I know are simple and that I know people can handle. I try to hand them and sell what I know in a simpler style. It's not focused on muscles and some anatomy, but I'm trying to explain what hurts, why it hurts, and how to prevent it,” explains the trainer.

Peter is also trying to be active on social networks, which today is nothing special in his profession. He admits that he doesn’t have any personal tips on how to make social media accounts successful. But he observed one interesting thing. “It seems to me that people who talk on Instagram have more followers. Of course, content is also important. I also think that sometimes I add good content, but it doesn't have the same impact as other people’s posts, which they tell and explain, ”Peter explains.

The current worldwide problem called coronavirus has also affected this professional trainer. How does this situation affect him? “It's not just about the pandemic. I got a little lazy during these days. While the economy was running well, I wasn’t thinking about different ways to succeed. I think when a person is pushed to the ground or to the corner, they must step up and go one hundred percent or more. Now you just have to get up and look around. As the pandemic forced me to start contributing more to the instagram and forced me to do an online course that I normally did at the center before, so now I'm going to give it online for a fee. But I keep trying. I'm sure I'm going to put more on those social networks now, "added the talented trainer.
